We’re excited for the start of school. Here are the traffic patterns for parent drop-off or pickup.
Please review, and plan to follow the patterns starting on the first day of school.
Please be aware of school personnel assisting in the first two weeks – they’ll be in the street helping direct traffic and will be in reflective safety wear.
You must take the school staff’s direction at all times. You must yield to school buses while on campus.
Remember – the MAX speed limit on campus all year is 20 MPH. Please do not exceed that speed and help us keep kids, staff, and community members safe.
If you’re visiting, and parking, please only park in designated spots that are open for general parking. Do not park in signed spots, designated spots, or spots reserved for SCS Staff. Thank you!
Main Campus / BOE / SES / SMS / HDI Overview
Enter campus using WIENCEK for all drop-off or pickup purposes. Use KIRBY to exit the campus once you’ve dropped off, or picked up.
Streetsboro Elementary
Enter WIENCEK, and line up along the curb on ANNALANE. When traffic overflows, use the MIDDLE SCHOOL parking lot to control overflow. Plan to drive through the middle school parking lot every day if there’s traffic already lined up along Annalane Dr. Exit campus through the parking lot, and out on KIRBY Lane.
Henry Defer Intermediate School
Enter WIENCEK, and line up along the curb of Defer Drive, and drop-off or pickup in the rear of the building.
If you also have a student at Streetsboro Elementary, plan to cross over to the MIDDLE SCHOOL parking lot, and stage in line for ANNALANE, no exceptions. DO NOT turn left on Annalane immediately.
Streetsboro Middle School
Enter WIENCEK, and line up along the curb at the Middle School. Drop-off along the entire curb at the school. Same for pickup. Exit out on ANNALANE, then to KIRBY Lane. No left hand turn out of the Middle School.
Streetsboro High School
Enter campus either using the slip lane, or the main intersection. Navigate towards the north side / DOOR 1 of the HIGH SCHOOL and drop-off or pickup by DOOR 1 or DOOR 15. Do not go towards the rear / stadium area of the school.
Student parking will turn the immediate first left into the STUDENT PARKING lot in the first intersection when entering the SHS campus.
