You are able to request fliers to be distributed to students and staff (or both) through this request process. Once approved, you will be notified to go ahead and drop of the prepared materials at the selected buildings. Here are some particulars:

  • Fliers must be approved by the Superintendent for distribution.
  • Fliers for approval must be submitted through the form below.
  • All submitted fliers must be in PDF format.
  • You need a Google account to submit fliers. If you don’t have a Google account, get one here.
  • You must produce all fliers for distribution. In other words, the district will not make copies for you.
  • Fliers or materials should be neatly organized so that our front office personnel can easily distribute to teachers, students, and staff.
  • All communication about flier distribution will start with this form, including approval or denial.
