ABOUT US

Technology is integrated into almost every facet of school district operations. Responsibilities of the Technology Department include maintaining approximately 2,500 computers and Chromebooks in classrooms and offices, as well as providing Internet access and storage servers.

Other duties include maintaining telephone, voicemail and fax lines and overseeing computerized building access, security systems and environmental controls.

The Technology Department is also charged with maintaining all copiers and printers in the district. In addition, the Technology Department oversees student record retrieval, content and e-mail filtering, electronic grade books and attendance records, as well as assisting with the district’s web page.
