At its June 11 meeting, the Streetsboro City Schools Board of Education voted to restore all student clubs that were discontinued following the November 2025 Board meeting, as well as middle school athletic programs.

To help offset a portion of the costs associated with these activities, the Board approved increasing the athletic pay-to-participate fee to $300 per sport. A new $50 participation fee for student clubs was also approved.

The district has already begun moving forward with plans for the fall season, including hiring coaches, scheduling contests, and preparing for student participation opportunities.
