Streetsboro 5th grader Joey DiEgidio performed with the Ohio All State Childrens’ Chorus in Columbus, Ohio.

Joey was selected by our Choir teacher, Mrs. BethAnn Hepburn, and had to audition and be chosen to participate in the All-State Chorus. We’re very proud of Joey representing Streetsboro at the state level!

Accelerated Math classes at SMS entered the Hardest Math Problem contest this past fall. Six students have advanced to the challenge 2 questions with an opportunity to show reasoning and earn scholarship money or other prizes. Pictured our the 7th grade advancers!

To reduce operational costs and preserve essential academic services, the district eliminated extracurricular programs, field trips, and middle school and JV spring sports.
