To reduce operational costs and preserve essential academic services, the district eliminated extracurricular programs, field trips, and middle school and JV spring sports. These decisions were made only after a full budget review and have contributed meaningfully to long term financial stability.

Congrats to Ms. Skully at SMS. She was recognized for her dedication and commitment to our students. She was randomly selected from a group of five teachers who maintained perfect attendance during the first semester!
When SES students make great choices, they can earn pom poms as a school. We collect them and, once the container is filled, we celebrate! We are well on our way toward our next PAX Party!
